Tom was born in Anderson, Indiana on March 8, 1939. He attended Ball State University for his undergraduate studies where he received his B.S. in 1961. He attended law school at Indiana University and received his J.D. in 1966. He was admitted to the Bar in 1966. Tom is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals; and the Seventh Circuit. Tom is a member of the Madison County Bar Association (president 1979-1980), Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association (director 1983-1985), and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Tom is currently the attorney for the Madison County Office of Family and Children Services. Tom practices in the areas of personal injury and civil litigation. |
